Congratulations
On May 17, 2007, the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) announced a $1,000,000 grant from the University Partnerships in Cooperation and Development Program for a five-year project that will be led by Dr. Annyck Ratiarson to reinforce teaching and research capacities at Fianarantsoa University in Madagascar in order to better equip the country in its battle against AIDS and cervical cancer.
